This home was designed by the “K projects” company to accommodate the needs of a four member family, taking into account their needs today and in the future as regards to the indoor areas of the house.

This is a house on the ground floor, 120 sq m in area, located in a 1.000 sq m plot of land.

The house includes the bedroom for the parents and two smaller bedrooms, for the children. The children’s bedrooms have been designed in such a way so as to fit their whole world, from their toys today to the future, spacious desk. There is also a huge bathroom, a large WC as well as a single area for the living room, dining room and kitchen areas, the kitchen being divided from the rest of the area by a low bench top («hatch»). The front part of the house, fully serves the needs of the family.

We complied with the owners’ desire that their home blend in with the surrounding environment, and so we chose to face with stone the larger part of living and dining room areas and the entrance area, this was combined with wooden elements (pergolas) and attractive wooden window frames.
